Cajun – style wings


8 oz container plain yogurt
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce
1 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp ground red pepper
1/2 cup oleo, melted
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp dried thyme leaves
18 chicken wings (3 lb) cleaned, tips removed

How to prepare

In a bowl, stir yogurt and hot pepper sauce until smooth. In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, ground red pepper, salt and thyme. Dip chicken wings into yogurt mixture; then toss in flour mixture to coat. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange chicken wings in single layer in lb roasting pan (about 17 1/4 x 11 1/2 inch); drizzle with melted butter. Bake wings 35 minutes or until fork tender and coating is browned. Makes 6 servings.
