Broiled lamb chops with rosemary sauce


Rosemary sauce:
Non-stick cooking spray
1 tbsp minced green onions
2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
3 tbsp dry vermouth
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp beef-flavored bouillon granules
3/4 cup evaporated skimmed milk

Lamb chops:
6 lean lamb steaks or chops (each 6 oz, about 1″ thick)
12 tsp cracked pepper
Optional: fresh rosemary sprigs
