Blender pesto


2 cup basil leaves, fresh; packed
1/2 cup oil, olive
2 tbsp pine nuts
2 garlic cloves; peeled
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup cheese, parmesan; grated
2 tbsp cheese, romano; grated

3 tbsp butter

How to prepare

Put the basil, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic and salt in a food processor and process. Stop from time to time and scrape the ingredients down to the bottom. Pour into a bowl and add cheeses by hand. Beat in the butter.
