Ingredients
2 pounds Fresh tomatoes – seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Onion – chopped
1 tablespoon basil, fresh
1 tablespoon Thyme
1 tablespoon Parsley – minced
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
How to prepare
Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add tomatoes, basil, thyme, parsley and Parmesan. Simmer for 15 minutes.
