Basil garlic parmesan butter


4-6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup freshly chopped basil
3-4 tbsp lightly toasted pine nuts or more (optional)
1 tbsp white wine
2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
crushed diced red chile to taste
1/2 lb unsalted butter

How to prepare

Delicious with corn, whether roasted, steamed, or in corn soup; with green beans, squash, spinach, or baked tomatoes; with rice pasta, or on sliced baguette (sprinkled with parmesan); and on grilled chicken or fish.
