Barbecue sauce for fish


1 thick lemon slice
1 onion, sliced
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp cayenne (red) pepper
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup catsup
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke

How to prepare

Combine first 9 ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes then add catsup, worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke.
Remove lemon slice, baste of fish and barbecue.
