Armenian potatoes


1 1/2 lb large, old potatoes
2 oz oil
3 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 pt water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
6 cloves garlic, choppped
2 oz parsley, finely chopped

How to prepare

Wash & peel potatoes, cut into a small dice. Stir all the ingredients and mix in the potatoes. Bake for about 45 mins, at 325
