Ajilimojili – garlic and pepper sauce


Ingredients

3 peppers, red, hot and seeded
3 peppers, bell, red and seeded
4 peppercorns, white
4 lg garlic cloves and peeled
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup oil, olive

How to prepare

Process peppers, peppercorns, garlic and salt till fine. Transfer to a bowl and beat in lime juice and oil. Yield: 3 cups.
