Ingredients

2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp fish sauce or 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp chili oil
1/2 tsp sugar
4 tbsp vegatable oil

How to prepare

(1). In a blender or food processor combine the first 7 ingredients.
(2). Slowly add the vegetable oil, mixing until blended. Refrigerate. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before serving.
