Shrimp and scallop saut


3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
6 large garlic cloves, minced
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 lb med shrimp, peeled, deveined
1 lb bay scallops
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
