Ingredients

1 1/4 cup shelled hazelnuts
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
6 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
pinch of salt
6 large eggs, separated and at room temperature
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
2 tbsp hazelnut flavored liqueur
Glaze

3 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp water
mint leaves and candied violets for garnish
